Nyvlo is built so you can make almost anything you can describe. Build the internal tool, the tracker, the calculator, the little app you have wanted for months. This page is the short list of what you cannot do, so the product stays safe for you and for everyone else using it.
What you cannot do
- Break the law, or help someone else break it. That includes anything illegal where you live or where your tool is used.
- Infringe someone else's rights. Do not copy content, trademarks, or code you do not have the right to use, and do not pass off other people's work as your own.
- Build or spread malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive people into giving up credentials, money, or access.
- Attack our systems or anyone else's. No probing, overloading, breaking, or trying to gain access you were not given.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse people, or generate deceptive content meant to mislead or defraud.
- Scrape the service, or resell the raw Nyvlo product as if it were your own. Building your own tool on Nyvlo is the point. Reselling our builder underneath it is not.
- Circumvent credits, usage limits, or security. Do not work around metering, share access to dodge limits, or defeat safeguards.
- Build tools that collect sensitive personal data without clear consent from the people it is about, including health, financial, or government-ID information.
- Send spam, or use tools you build here to blast unsolicited messages at people who did not ask for them.
How we enforce this
We would rather warn you than lose you, so in most cases a first step is a heads-up and a chance to fix things. For serious or repeated violations we may suspend or terminate the account without notice, remove or unpublish the offending tool, and where the law requires it, report the activity to the relevant authorities. Accounts terminated for abuse are not eligible for a refund.
