Nyvlo lets you describe a tool in plain language and builds it for you as a real, working app. These terms are the agreement between you and Nyvlo Technologies (referred to here as Nyvlo, we, or us) for using the product at nyvloai.com. We have kept them plain on purpose, so you can read them and know exactly where you stand.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Nyvlo, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
You need to be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use Nyvlo on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization, and everything here applies to it as well.
Your account
You need an account to build, publish, and keep tools. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you think someone else has access. Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about your account and any changes to the service.
What you build is yours
The tools you create with Nyvlo belong to you, and so does the data inside them. You can keep them, edit them, roll back to earlier versions, publish them to a live link, connect them to your own GitHub, and export the whole tool as standalone HTML plus JSON plus Markdown to use anywhere. We do not claim ownership of your tools, your prompts, or your data.
The limited licence you give us
To run the product, you grant us the limited permission we need to store your tools and prompts, generate and render them, and serve the links you publish. This licence lasts only as long as you keep the content on Nyvlo, and it exists purely so the service can work. We do not use it to claim your ideas or to sell your content. Nothing more than what is needed to operate the product.
Credits and billing
- Free: your first fresh build is free and unmetered, plus a one-time small allowance of refine credits so you can shape it.
- Pro: 12 dollars a month for 60 credits. Max: 20 dollars a month for 120 credits. Plan-aware top-ups are available when you need more.
- A build costs 5 credits. A full application at platform scale is quoted at 8 credits and only runs after you confirm the quote. A refine costs 1 credit. A change too big to land as a patch is quoted as a full rebuild (5 credits) and only runs after you confirm the quote. Design tweaks, config edits, version rollbacks, and exports are free.
- Credits are granted only after a verified payment. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access through the period you already paid for.
- Credits do not expire while your plan is active, but they are not redeemable for cash. A build that fails on our side is never charged.
Payments are non-refundable
All payments to Nyvlo are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access through the period you already paid for, and we do not offer partial-period refunds or refunds for unused credits. Credits have no cash value. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, note the standard position for digital content: by starting to use the service straight away you ask us to begin immediately, and once a build has begun you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Acceptable use
Build what you want, but do not use Nyvlo to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, generate abusive or deceptive content, or attack our systems. Do not resell the raw service as your own. The full rules are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, and we can suspend or remove content and accounts that break them.
Output from an AI model
Your tools are generated by an AI model, which means the output can be imperfect or unexpected. Review what you build before you rely on it, and take extra care with anything that affects money or people. You are responsible for checking that a tool does what you need before you put it to work or share it with others.
Publishing and what you are responsible for
When you publish a tool to a live link, you decide what goes out and you are responsible for it. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish, that it follows the Acceptable Use Policy, and that it does not mislead the people who use it. We serve what you publish, but we do not review or endorse it, and we can take down content that breaks these terms or the law.
Third-party services we rely on
Nyvlo runs on a small set of vetted infrastructure providers covering authentication and database, hosting, payments, AI processing, email, error monitoring, optional single-sign-on, and coarse visitor geolocation. These providers process data only to run the service, under data-processing agreements. Details are in our Privacy Policy, and the current named list is available to customers on request.
Our intellectual property and yours
Nyvlo owns the platform: our name and brand, the build engine, the software, and the site itself. These terms do not give you any rights to those beyond using the product as intended. You own your tools, prompts, and data, as described above. Please do not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Nyvlo service itself.
Privacy and your data
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short, we use first-party analytics on our own events, we do not sell your data or run third-party ad trackers, Row-Level Security keeps each account isolated, and you can export and delete all of your data from Settings at any time.
Availability changes and honest limits
Nyvlo is a young product and we improve it constantly. We may add, change, or retire features as the product grows, and we aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. When a change is meaningful, we will do our best to give you notice.
Warranty disclaimer and liability cap
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the tools you build will be fit for a particular purpose or free of errors, which is why you should review your tools before relying on them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Suspension and termination
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or attacks our systems. You can delete your account and export your data at any time from Settings. When you delete, we cancel any live subscription, and we remove your account, tools, prompts, and published links. We may keep the minimal records we are legally required to hold, such as billing history.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nyvlo is operated by Nyvlo Technologies, based in California, and our registered address is available on request.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you. Continuing to use Nyvlo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
