What you build on Nyvlo is yours, and so is the data inside it. You are never locked in. This page explains how to take a single tool with you, connect your own GitHub, export everything at once, and, if you decide to leave, delete your account cleanly.
You own your tools and your data
The tools you create belong to you, along with the prompts you wrote and the data your tools hold. We do not claim ownership of any of it. You can keep a tool on Nyvlo, publish it to a live link, roll it back to an earlier version, or take it somewhere else entirely, and none of those choices need our permission.
Export a single tool
Any tool can be exported as a self-contained bundle you can open, host, or hand off anywhere. The export gives you three formats side by side.
- Standalone HTML, a working copy of the tool that runs on its own without Nyvlo.
- JSON, the structured data and configuration behind the tool, so it can be read by other software.
- Markdown, a plain, readable record of the tool and its content.
Exports are always free and never spend credits, so you can take a copy whenever you want, as often as you want.
Connect your own GitHub
If you would rather keep your work in your own version control, you can connect your own GitHub and push your tool there. It stays under your account, on your terms, and you keep the full history alongside the rest of your code.
Export all of your data
When you want everything at once rather than a single tool, go to Settings and export all of your data. This gives you a complete copy of your tools, prompts, and account data in one place, so you always hold your own backup.
Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is thorough and it does a few things together.
- It removes your tools, your prompts, and any links you have published, so nothing you built stays live.
- It cancels any active subscription, so you are not billed again after you leave.
- It keeps only the minimal records we are legally required to hold, such as basic billing history for tax and accounting.
Because deletion clears your published links and tools, export anything you want to keep before you delete. Once it is gone, we cannot bring it back.
Your data stays private and isolated
While your account is active, your data is kept private. We use Row-Level Security so each account is isolated at the database level, which means your tools and data are never visible to another customer. We run first-party analytics on our own events, we do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party ad trackers. Your work is yours to see, export, and remove.
