We are here to help
Whether a build did not land the way you pictured or you just want a second set of eyes, a real person on the team will read your note and get you moving again.
Tell us what you were building and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help. We reply within one business day, and usually sooner.

Common questions
My build failed and I was not charged
A build that fails on our side never uses credits, so nothing was deducted. Open the tool and start the build again. If it keeps failing, send us the tool name and a short note at hello@nyvloai.com and we will look into it.
My uploaded data is not showing
Loading a file into an existing tool rebuilds it around your columns, so give that a moment to finish. Open the tool's data view to see every row. If some rows still go missing, tell us the file you used and we will trace where they dropped.
How billing and credits work
Your first fresh build is free and unmetered, plus a one-time allowance of refine credits. Pro is twelve dollars a month for sixty credits, and Max is twenty dollars a month for one hundred and twenty. A build costs five credits, and the biggest platform-scale applications are quoted at eight before anything runs. A refine costs one. A change too big to land as a patch is quoted as a full rebuild at five credits, and it only runs after you confirm the quote. Design tweaks, config edits, version rollbacks, and exports are always free. Payments are non-refundable. See credits and billing for the full picture.
How publishing and roles work
Every tool you make is yours. Publish it to a live link, keep it private, or export it as standalone HTML plus JSON plus Markdown and connect your own GitHub. When you share a tool, you decide who signs in and what each member can reach, down to the row, so people only see the records meant for them.
How to export or delete my data
Both live in Settings. Export gives you the whole tool as HTML plus JSON plus Markdown, ready to use anywhere. Deleting your data removes your tools, prompts, and published links, and cancels any live subscription. We keep only the minimal billing records the law requires.
When something is down
We watch the platform closely and get alerted the moment builds start to struggle, so on the rare day something breaks we are usually already on it. If a build fails on our side during an incident it is never charged, and your saved tools and data stay exactly where you left them. If you are unsure whether an issue is on your end or ours, email us and we will tell you straight.
